Sebastian, there are default limits regarding scanned docs and maximum search time to prevent excessive CPU consumption. Interesting: the limits documented about scanned documents is 200.000, not 500.000 - maybe the documentation is wrong here. However, you can overwrite them by notes.ini settings (which then is global) or (later in the GA version) via the API for a certain query.
